Specific Need

We closed our recent on-air campaign $40,500 short of our budgetary need to avoid further cuts in programming and staff.  We hope that the HCF's generous offer to match a portion of listener pledges will provide the motivation we couldn't offer throughout our drive!

Mission

Our mission is to serve as a key HutchCC department helping the college meet its vision of “…delivering accessible opportunities for learning, growth and improved quality of life.”

Profile

Radio Kansas is a public radio station owned and operated by Hutchinson Community College. Our programming includes news and smart talk, classical music, folk music, jazz, and adult alternative instrumentals. Across three frequencies, Radio Kansas makes this programming available to over 1 million Kansans.
